The main event of the year Rajyothsava was con-ducted in November in the Indian Embassy as was the norm those days and attended by the popular Indian Ambassador to Kuwait HE Prabhu Dayal. Vaividyamaya Karnataka, a fashion parade depicting the distinct attires of the various regions of Karnataka, was showcased by the koota’s couples. Paavus, Arabic Dance, and Vade Chappala were interesting dances involving the koota children.
The grand finale was the Kindara Jogi, the Kannada version of Pied Piper. A record forty children participated in the musical, an apt ending to a colorful program.
