Kannada Rajyotsava – Al Shaab Auditorium

The mega event of the year, Kannada Rajyotsava Celebrations were conducted on the 14th of November 2003 at the Al Shaab Park Auditorium. The variety of the dances performed by the Koota kids and members enthralled the audience. One of the highlights of the day was the program “Bommanahalliya Kindari Jogi”, a beautiful and imaginative presentation of Kuvempu’s adaptation of the “The Pied Piper of Hamelin”. The grand finale of the event was the colorful “Nammora Jatre” which brought the full vibrancy of our village jatre. The program featured almost all the Koota members and literally transported the audience to the wonderful fun and frolic of a village jatre.
