Outdoor Picnic

Health is Wealth” so goes the saying. The Koota ensures that sports is celebrated with equal gusto just as any other event of the Koota. 26-Mar-2010 was the day for outdoor sports picnic which was organ- 2010 Marala Mallige Day Outdoor Picnic organized at Outdoor tent on the 6th Ring Road. Outdoor picnic was held at two wonderfully erected tents, which were the attractions of the event. After a customary breakfast, a series of games were arranged for members of all age group which engaged the attendees fully into the program. Children thoroughly enjoyed all games whereas elders were treated to some wonderful games like Lagori for ladies & gents and box cricket. Games such as Lagori which were played during the yesteryears took the elders down memory lane and made the seniors of the Koota nostalgic about their childhood. The entire day sports events saw keen participation from all age groups. After the fabulous lunch, program ended with well conducted sports quiz.
